Logan Simpson has an immediate opening for a regular full-time Business Development (BD) Specialist to work a hybrid in-office schedule, based out of any of our offices in Tempe, Flagstaff, or Tucson, AZ; Fort Collins, CO; or Salt Lake City, UT. This position will report directly to our Principal, who oversees our corporate functions, and will work closely with our Marketing/Proposal team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supports the firm’s BD activities and market research strategies.
• Supports the firm’s federal activities that includes: research activities, registrations, contracts, proposals, and annual reporting.
• Develops and maintains firmwide branding strategies, and internal and external communications.
• Contributes to maintaining effective working relationships with clients, teaming partners, and vendors, and develops new relationships to uncover untapped opportunities.
• Provides proposal support to the Marketing Team.

Position Requires:

• 2+ years of related experience in BD, proposal development, or related experience, preferably in the consulting and/or Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Graphic design skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently and in a team environment.

Compensation:
This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $60,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
